From absolute beginners who have never touched a guitar before to skilled players who want mentoring on stage craft: my intuitive teaching method takes you back to the core physical movements that create the sound you’re listening to . It teaches you to listen and blend in or find the right moment to be the star and shine. Many of my students have been playing for years. The know scales, but the solos sounded flat and repetitive. They were stuck in pentatonic boxes and didn’t know how to break out. They could play chords, maybe even full songs, but they never sounded quite right. They were nervous playing in front of others, afraid of messing up. And felt like they just couldn’t progress
Good News: That’s Exactly Where Growth Begins.
What You’ll Learn:
Understand the importance of posture and positioning of hands and arms, not just to create and move the shapes that create chords and scales but to create consistent great tone so that whatever you play, however simple sounds great.
Improvisation & Composition. Go beyond memorising licks — learn to create music. Understand how songs are written so you can jam confidently over them. Find the melody in what you hear — and build your playing from that. Use just a few chord shapes and related scales to open up a world of musical possibilities
You’ll come away with:
A deeper understanding of music and how to apply it. The ability to improvise confidently and creatively. Great tone, smooth rhythm, and musical phrasing. Confidence to play in front of others — and enjoy it
