One Minute Guitar Exercises

Here is a collection of one minute shorts following my warm up regime when I am on tour with The Proclaimers.

These 1 minute videos were filmed while on tour with The Proclaimers in my pre gig warm up session. After a highly technical start of chords arpeggios and scales, which are to be played with a click track, I then begin to explore songs and styles and give tips on techniques. Beginners may well want to start with the later lessons showing famous intros and solos before attempting the earlier lessons.

Start with the click track at a tempo where you can play each exercise cleanly and clearly then speed up. Beginners should start around 60pm and gradually speed up. I tend to do these exercises around the 90-95bpm. 95-100bpm being my goal for 16ths. Which I find is fast enough for most things I do.
